When you are connected and you see a phone click on the menu part and go to setup then go to live updates and update to 4.04.

If you find anything out post it here I will do the same good luck and good night.

You can still access all files and folders on the phone with the correct USB, and drivers. You can even transfer information, be it Mp3s, images or themes, but there is one problem.
This (I say with certainty for Motorola V3C phones on the Bell Mobility network only!) voids your warranty. Send your phone out for repair and if they notice (they will) that you've "hacked" your phone, even the most simple repair will cost you enough to be choked about doing so...

u can also use the v710m
id like to add games on it and be able to assign my own ringtones but didt not not manage to make p2kman and midway found my phone, from what i saw its because telus also uses BREW since we dont have the java thingy option that u can set in our setting that i saw other people talking about.correct me if i wrong but telus like to block stuff like that,i had the same issue with my older phone....im pretty sure theres still a way to flash it or something, ill try to figure it out, just got my phone 2 days ago
thank u guys for the infos

When you're looking in the H drive (or whatever your phone happens to be on your computer), view the hidden files if you haven't already done so by doing this: Tools -Folder Options -click the "view" tab
From there, about halfway down, you'll see a "show hidden files and folders" bullet. click that option.

Provider: VERIZON | Rep Power: 0 | | CPF $: 22.00 Donate | | I experienced a similar problem. MPT was working fine on my razr (the silver one). Then I connected my wife's razr (the pretty pink one) and it would not stay connected with the phone. I ran live update on MPT. This did not fix the problem with the pink razr but locked out the multimedia studio on my razr. So I tried identifying my phone under modem setup as "V3" under "motorola GSM" and it works great. I had no luck identifying it as "V3CM" under "motorola CDMA. I am still have no luck with the pink razr but and still trying. Thought this might help

#44 | | Newbie | Ok, I have MPT version 4 and I have my usb in, the clock is ticking for the setup but the beep that notifies you when you insert a new object goes off after a few mins of having the phone in..... Is the phone still recognized or does that mean it is not there?

#45 | | Newbie | i have mpt, but when i go to menu, then setup, there's nothing about an update. I'm not sure which version I have, but it won't recognize the verizon v3c razr that i just got a few days ago. I have no idea why this won't work. I have done everything that people said and nothing will work.
