There are other pgms out there you can use. Just have to download a few to see what works best for you.

I have a V180 and do not have internet access on it. How can I download ring tones to my computer and then put them on my phone?

Mookie first you will need to buy a data cable for your phone to connect to the computer, second you will need software like Motorola Phone Tools to transfer ringtones that you download, from the computer to the phone.

Pretty simple really, simplier than it sounds really.
