I just got a new Verizon Wireless Samsung SCH-U740. It's the new flip-phone by Verizon that
everyone has, the landscape and portrait one. Anyway, in my excitement of realizing that I could get almost any music from my computer to my new cell phone, I logged onto Amazon and immediately ordered the USB cord that was said to be compatible with my phone model. The cord arrived 2 to 3 business days later. I immediately plugged it into my laptop and opened my previously set up Sync-List in the Verizon Music Manager. No such luck. I installed the CD Software that came with the cable, BitPim. BitPim said that a phone was recognized. The purpose of BitPim is to add and take information from the phone. So the program could recognize the phone, but not do anything else. I searched online to find this forum, and all the problems with the cable. In conclusion, I only have one question. Is this cable in fact compatible with my phone model?
