Do you have to have VOICEMAIL?

I have another CELL phone I use for voicemail through another carrier. I am thinking of getting a Sprint PCS phone also. Would I be able to DISABLE the VOICEMAIL as I wouldn't want people leaving it on there anyway?

Hi Dave, voicemail comes with your service as a default, but you can call Sprint and have them take it off if you'd prefer not to have it. I thought so, but I called the hotline and asked to be sure.

You don't have to have the service, but it's convenient for missed calls.

Exactly as the others have posted. As a CSR I know that it is easy to remove the service. You do not have to have voice mail on your sprint phone if you do not want it.

I wonder if they'd lower your monthly bill if you opted to get VM removed from your acount.
