Hey guys im new to this forum i downloaded Mobile Phone Tools and installed it and after downloading the newest version and everything was set up I pluged in my phone blah blah blah once my phone popped up on the screen (i have the motorola V551) Everything seemed to be working fine. I clicked on the small icon that brings you to where u can upload ringtones and pics and stuff from you PC to your Phone and vise Versa and about 4 seconds after I did that the screen froze and I had to close out of it but my phone was still on screen then it gave me a error message saying my phone could not be ditected.....I uninstalled and reinstalled MPT and still no luck same thing happens Can anyone help ????? | ||||||

after you installed it, did you run live update? also, when you installed it, did the drivers for your phone install successfully?

Maybe U got to set the MPT option to USB and it takes time for the phone to reset. dont interupt it till it does. if it takes more than 3 minutes take the battery out and back in.
