Maybe you shouldn't tinker with it too much in case it screws up more and locks up, whereby any code they give you won't work. Maybe they gave you the wrong code ... walk in and let them reprogram it. I'm sure they'll fix it, even if it means replacing it. Make sure u backup everything just in case! |
