help with iden webjal

hi all i need some help i have a i860 i went to put a ringtone on today. when i clicked on iden webjal it told me that it was unable to retrieve required info from server... so i downloaded the new patch from h.t . web site and i still get the same message. so then i went to motorola's site and downloaded webjal from there.... but the only thing i can download is games. the ringtone box it not there like the old one..... please help.

FYI: Server issues indicates lack of internet.
1. Go back to h.t. site and start over from the beginning, also see the tips section.
I have had major issues like yours, and resloved them thru that site.

I Have a Boost Mobile i455 Does it work for my Phone i den webjal program.
