Bell Wheres My Update Email

So an email was supposed to be sent through my account notifying me of a bell krzr upgrade and this is what i was told 3 months ago,the Krzr upgrade was due in April, its now May 20th and i still havent gotten no mail...while ive been doing some research on my own,i find that there is already a krzr update but i dun wanna download anything if its not officially confirmed by bell,COME ON BELL ARE U GONNA SEND US THE UPDATE EMAIL?
