You want to hear something sad? I am an AT&T employee that has a Cingular Premiere account. I'm TRYING to get an upgrade on my phone. Well, the phone I'm looking for is the Blackjack. On the Premiere website, they have a refurb Blackjack for $100.00, but since I have a combined account with AT&T, it would not let me order it online, but instead to call 611 on my phone (which I did). The gal there said she could not find the refurb, but if I get the data pack she could sell me a new phone for $60.00!!! The data pack is $39.99/mo, at which I said I wanted to think it over and I'd call back. Well, I decided it was a good deal and called back 45 minutes later, and guess what? My new service rep said that deal was "Off" since I did not take it 45 minutes ago. EXCUSE ME?!? She said it would be $270.00 or some crap like that! I asked about the online offer for $100 and she said that she can't help me. Now that TOTALLY SUCKS!

I'm a stinkin employee of the company, have 2 other phones and they are gonna screw a "Fellow" employee over?!? I really hate to see how they treat the "average joe" customer since they jacked me around so bad. Is there anyone out there who can help me get my $60.00 phone or even the $100 phone?!? I still in shock after today's events. PLEASE HELP!!!
