hi,

i've just purchased a motorola rokr e6 and it came with motorola phone tools but when i tryed to install it it doesnt recognize the phone

what should i do?

you must install motorola usb driver too

if u still have a problem there is one thing u must to do, usb connection (in phone menu) must be memory card not data&fax connection

k. can i set it to send straight to my memory card not my phone?

there is one way to do that. you must use -file transfer menu- which is the first menu in multimedia studio on mpt.here is the picture how can u do that
