Sick of my Razr- Need a recommendation

I've suffered through almost 2 years of a couple of Razrs and their dust under screens, sticking buttons, and hard to read screens in sunlight.. I wont go on.

It's almost upgrade time!

Anyone out there with recommendations for a cingular network- oops yeah the new ATT network- phone that meets the following criteria-

Can read the screen on a bright sunny day!
Speaker phone
Bluetooth
Great ability to go on the web at a great speed primary for sports, weather sites not so much for email
IM's yahoo/AOL

NON- factors
music, movies tv etc-

I was thinking the 8525...but
1. Dont know if it meets all the above -esp the screen readability
2. Might be a lesser phone better meet my needs

I stand by nokias and ericssons. Load either up with Opera Mini and you're set for light web browsing.

Both brands are rugged and much better than the crap motorola is coming out with right now. I'm hearing good things about the N85.

Actually my solution was the cingular 3125.

i would check out the lg cu500 its a great screen and has great feautures and it runs off 3G so speeds are great for the net. i love mine but im hoping for an iphone
