Data Cable Lg Vx8300

Hi
I just installed 2 gig sandisk micro sd card

but am confused about buying a data cable for this phone
I came across prices (brand new ranging from 4.95 - 29.95
some with cd softwar (headset manager and stuff, and some with just a driver

the 4.95 and the 10.00 data cables just have drivers
I downloaded and installed bitpm is that all I need to download pics and flixs?

I have never heard of any of the brand data cables I;ve seen
so have no clue as to quality do not want to ruin my phone
"and Verizons out of the question I bought a couple of things at very outrages prices thinking it got to be good that fell apart after a month or so from them years ago won't do that again

any input about Quality and data cable brand would be really great
I do not need ms outlook and calender software etc, just a good program to manage video and pictures I take from time to time

I haven't purchased a data cable yet so I don't know if my fuji didital camera software also works on cellphone picture?
if anybody knows about this please let me know and i'll get a data cable with just a driver

also if anyone can weigh in about any experience using the lg vx8300 cellphone for vacation pictures etc instead of carrying my digital camera
think its worth not bringing a digital camera

a cable is a cable basically. Just make sure you get one with the drivers for it.

After that, bitpim is all you need to transfer music/ringtones/pictures/etc.

The quality of the camera is not that great. It will do in a pinch, but, if your talking about using it to take great shots that you will want to enjoy later on, I highly recommend you taking your digital camera along.
