T-Mobile was running a promotion on several phones and I got the Nokia 2610. The promotion was free $25 refill card with online order and it apparently expired on 9/30.
Although I ordered on 9/30, my order wasn't processed until Oct 1st and my receipt doesn't show anything about the $25 refill card.
When I called customer service 800-672-5390, Holly, employee #6094 from T-Mobile Sales Administration team said that they never ship the promotional refill cards together with the phone because it's considered a liability at their warehouse.
Could someone confirm this?
