Does anyone know how I can get a audiovox ppc 67oo unlocked, It's on the
sprint network. I want to use it on Verizon

I think that may require an act of God.

Not the "unlocking", but activating it on Verizon. From what I've read here and on some other forums, Verizon will not activate a phone they didn't sell. Sprint is the same way.

Sell your Sprint 6700 and get a Verizon 6700.
