Razr cannot download

I purchased a phone for my wife off of ebay that was unlocked...it looks like an international version of the razr...anyway...it works for making phone calls but it won't download games, ringtones, etc....what do i need to do to setup it up to do this stuff...thanks in advance

What service are you using? ATT? TMo? You more than likely have to adjust the settings to access the downloads. I believe it's a pretty easy find on the respective home pages, or it used to be when I was a Cingular customer.
