No phone that is not sold by Bell Mobility will work on their network (as in they can't add it because it is not a native Bell serial number on the phone and the serial won't be loaded in Bell's system, therefore preventing the CSR from keying it in).
That said, I believe that phone is a GSM phone, which will only work with a GSM network, where Bell Mobility operates a CDMA network.
