Install the Motorola software, plug in the phone via USB, and use the software.

Does anyone elses KRZR freeze up when it's trying to do multiple things at once? Like if I'm sending a txt message and it happens to loose the signal instead of just saying sending failed it freezes, the screen goes black, and then it comes back in a minute or so just fine, but it is annoying.
