Expect more and more of the same from them, and worse even!!
I'm in the same boat- 3 lines, I CAN'T WAIT until my contracts are up. If I stumbled accross the extra money to pay the etf's, I'd do it in a heartbeat.
I might just use some of mytax refund to get rid of these IDIOTS!

Oh- and I've been with them for 10 years, and I still get crappy treatment, so loyalty means nothing to these morons.
Tell everyone you can, post in any forums, blogs or websights you can to deter anyone from going t Sprint. Hopefully we can spread the word.
I'm trying to get rid of Sprint all together. I would just pay the ETF if it wasn't on 3 lines totaling $450. Customer service is rude, lied, no one can help me and all of that good stuff. This has been going on when i started having problems with one of the phones in november and have had it replaced twice to no avail. I've also spent countless hours on the phone and days at the service repair shop. I recently looked at my bill and Sprint had the International long distance on 2 of the lines (since last august) when i never added them. They claim that someone called, but failed to name anyone and can only verify that there was a call to add it to two lines. Obviously Sprint is not secure and i've tried to cancel service due to this, if someone can add anything to my account without me knowing it's not secure, but they don't believe that that's a valid reason. I have to move to an area with no service, join the military or die to get out of the ETF. I have supposedly spoken to the "highest person in command", but they don't have the power to cancel my 3 lines without the ETF. There has to be someway that i can get out of this contract without paying the ETF, but apparently breaking the security on my account isn't a valid reason. HELP!!
