Sprint blackberry powerpack service?

I'm looking to get the blackberry pearl from sprint with their blackberry pack service. Any thoughts? How is there internet service? I am in the NYC area. Also looking at t-mobile and verizon, but I have been using sprint for years without much trouble. Luckily that is why I have not had to deal with their stellar customer service....

if youv been doing research im sure you already know that sometype pf bb data service is manditory, the bb is a great tool. turn by turn directions, push email, live tv, and much more.... the service is great.. and also as far as the customer service , when you own a bb, you no longer deal with standard customer care. you will be considered "priority", and you will be contacting only bb support, wich is geared towrd buisness pros, so you will be treated like a king/queen
