I have a problem with sprint and now they require me to pay $400.00 for early termination fee.
The last day of the contract was on a Sunday and my father waited until Monday so he can go down to a cellular dealership so they can help contact sprint for him because his English wasnt well. They were able to end the contract on Monday.
We receive a bill for $400.00 for early termination fee. We have contacted sprint numerous times and finally a representative tells us we do not need to pay the fee and they provided us with the confirmation code.
We receive a phone call from the Sprint Collection Agency and I told them that a sprint representative said I don't need to pay it anymore and I offered to give the lady the confirmation code but she said I still had to pay.
I need some help with this issue... What should I do?
The collection agency of sprint said they were "tired of playing games" and hung up. But before that the lady said their was a bill of $40.00 paid.
When I contacted the executive office of sprint they said no bill was made. They did offer to cut the termination fee by 50% to make it only 200.00$ but i emailed some ceo of sprint and am waiting for reply. If they can't completely remove the termination fee i will just pay the 200$.
