Yes I called them 5 times while down there. They realized that sometimes after the call it would work for a bit of time then cut out again. I think the problem was that my phone was not connecting to a network. The thing that makes me mad is when I phoned them when I got back to follow up, they kept telling me that everytime I phoned it was resolved. Which it was not everytime. He was suggesting that my phone was fine the whole time. |
