Guess first message I was just wanting to see if anyone else has experienced this problem at all. The second one was just after I got off the phone with them. Now I'm wondering what you guys would do? Go back to the store I bought it from? Try to talk to a supervisor? etc. Didn't mean to go on rant or anything. What have others done in this situation? |
