I have had A LOT of bad experiences with Sprint. Incorrect bills, overages, random plan changes with a "oops our bad" response.
That being said, I had many many worse experiences with Verizon. With Sprint, I have to spend an hour or so on the phone each month when I have a billing error. With Verizon, my phones just didn't work, I never got my voice mail, my text messages arrived days after they were sent, etc. The service, in and of itself, was just awful.
And, their data is terrible. I'm on the web on my phone all the time, and Verizon was just way too slow/expensive on the data front. If you're big into data, then Sprint is usually the way to go. |
