I am very confused and would appreciate any help without the flaming. I have the motorola v3m, just bought it and am trying to set an mp3 I created to be a contacts ringtone.
I'm having a hard time tranfering mp3's into my phone, I keep getting an error saying media not supported or missing codec. I was able to add an mp3 using windows media player. I can play and hear the mp3 using the phones media player. I can not figure out how to set it as a ringtone, though. I have seen the above replies and I do not have a funbox choice in the menu. I have download music or ringtones. If I choose to set a new ringtone for my contact the options are get a new app or select one of the existing ringtones. I think this phone does not give me the option of adding my own song for a ring tone. Again, any help would be appreciate. |
