My niece prepaid cell phone was stolen. She had about 500 minutes left on there & was gold reward. No one can use it because she locked it & we checked her account online & the minutes haven't been used. I have a extra ToGo phone which was never activated.
My question is if I called & reported the phone stolen & is deactivated will she lose the minutes & her reward status or can the minutes be transfered to the new phone? |
