Hello. I have tried calling someone but I get a strange alert tone and the message, "The person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time. Please try your call again later". I was told this happened because the user has a high cell phone bill that has yet to be paid. When this occurs is all services on the phone stopped (calls and text messages) or just all calls? Would you still be able to use the text messaging feature? Would you be able to see incoming text messages but wouldn't be able to send them or would ALL text messages (incoming and outcoming) be stopped until the bill is paid? | ||||||

this could also be happening if the person has reported their phone lost or stolen.... either way tho, all of the services are completely suspended.  | |||||
