I have the same problem goddammit, the phone did this situation before but after a couple of tries it turned on. However last Sunday it froze and I took it off and now it won't turn back on, the exact same thing is happening to my phone in which u described! I went to telus and they said it might be the battery or that the phone is simply at the end of it's life cycle! whatever that means? I also called the manufacturing company for telus and they said the same thing, which sucks because i liked this phone. I will try to find more info on how to deal with this issue, I hope changing the battery will help but if u find anything new please keep me posted, thanks and good luck! |
