to be perfectly honest, all we need to fix our problem is a Data Cable and the Nokia OS, data cable can is $10-15 and the OS in all honesty should be free.
I paid $25 to activate/transfer service to a new (own) phone and another $10 to transfer my contacts. Oh, there was tax on both. TBH i'd rather pay than deal with customer service. I just want the unpleasantness to end, rather than have Telus ram my bum with their corporate rod.
I still think its unfair that i should use a different phone, while my perfectly good phone; sans the os problem, is going to sit in its box untill it ends up in the rubbish. Its just a waste really. Telus = ****ing wasters. |
