First you need some hardware, nothing fancy, you need a mini B-5pin USB, drivers for the USB, need a program software P2K and unlock moto software. It's a little project, but it's worth it. The bootloader for the Razr V3 start usually with a 86, you have to downgrade it to 07.DO. I just unlock one today and try 3 different sim cards, they worked.
