connecting to internet on krzr via bluetooth?

i've read that you can connect your computer to the internet via bluetooth by an internet capible phone. i was wondering if this could be done in reverse??

more specificaly, if i get a bluetooth adaptor for my computer that has internet, can i access the internet from a moto krzr while in range of the bluetooth? can it be done for free?? (no charges from verizon for internet usage) and is there a way to filter, or moniter the internet usage. kind of like parental controles. (that way my parents will actually let me do it)

Your computer would be able to handle it, but your phone doesn't know how to connect to the internet via Bluetooth. As soon as you open the browser, it would connect to the cell network.
