blindly copying contacts to sim card 6288

the display of my 6288 is broken and some of my contacts are not stored
on the sim card. Can somebody tell me the exact sequence of keys I must
press to copy the contacts to the sim card?

I have the manual but the menuentries are only named, it doesn't show the
positions in the menu structure. So I must read the entries to find the
right one.

The free Nokia PC Suite should copy them all to a PC.
It has a "backup" option.
