#1 | | Newbie | I am a Verizon wireless customer. I have the EnV in Orange and have had a ton of trouble with the phone recently. In the past two weeks Verizon has replaced the phone 3 times. At what point will Verizon give up replacing it with a referbed phone and offer me a different phone model completely?? Thanks so much for any information!!

#2 | | Member | I dont think Verizon will give up.....I had a razr and they replaced it 6 times in about a year......So if i was you i would call customer service for now on when you have a problem and they will send you a brand new phone! Not one of the phones at the store where someone else handed it in and they fixed it.....But ive had rather minimal problems with my Env so far

#4 | | Member | After the second replacement (your third phone) VZW will replace it with a comparable model (what they consider comparable). Apparently, you have to ask them about it. Why they would give someone four, five or six replacements without offering you a different phone is beyond me... :/

I didn't think that that was how it was but that was the only thing the guy said that they could do. I was so annoyed by them but I didn't want to have to wait another two years to get a new phone because I am fed up with the EnV so I didn't want to get another one!!!

#9 | | Junior Member | well i chatted with a verizon person online and she told me the same crap. they could just replace my enV with another enV, and if I wanted a new phone I would have to pay full price for it. that is such BS! I shouldn't have to pay for a new phone because this model is faulty. that's not my damn problem they didn't make it right. I'm just so frustrated with having these problems that I'm so ready to go into a verizon store and ***** someone out. 4 times replacing a phone is ridiculous and expecting me to pay for another one is just stupid.

#11 | | Daderator | Remember people....when they say they will replace your phone with a compatible model, it's not all it's cracked up to be.
Let's say you have the enV, they can in fact give you the V as it is fully compatible with the enV. What I'm saying is, whatever features your phone has, they can find the cheapest one that has all the same functions, and give you that one....and it's fully legal.
