PC Suite Problems

I'm trying to access PhoneExplorer. but when I go to transfer files only two files are displayed, how to connect and not connected. When I go to how to connect it's saying it is connected, I have it phone mode. I can transfer files through my computer but am trying to do the mp3 ringtone trick and I need to access PhoneExplorer apparently. Anyone know what this problem is and why I can't fully connect the two together?

Re: PC Suite Problems

Try it on File Transfer Mode.

when two files are displayed, you click the memory card one, then you drag in whatever you want on your phone.

Re: PC Suite Problems

I have a question also regarding the pc suite. I hope it's okay to raise it in this thread considering that it's the same topic (pc suite problem).

After installing pc suite, I feel my computer is much slower, especially on booting up. I guess the program takes too much resources.

Is there any other program that I can use to replace the pc suite?
I use my pc suite just for the purpose of transfering files and application.

Thanks in advance.

well i dont really know much about pc suite but u could just go to your start up programs on your computer and disable the program to see if that makes your system any faster. you will still be able to use it though whenever u open it up so nothing will change there. as far as another program goes, wammu is one i hear alota good about
