I'd love to see how its "illegal".
First, If the phones were never used, and set back for repair, then
sent back out, you can legaly sell it as new.
Second,
FCC regulations clearly state that a wireless phone can still
have up to 15 minutes and still be sold "as new". (Sprint PCS's policy
on this though is one minute, in other words, if it gets used, its used
as a reconditioned or pre-owned phone).
> TRANSLATION: SprintPCS stores were selling recalled, used,
> refurbished
> Black 8500's as new.
I'd love to see where you got "used" phones.
Also, how do you know it was ALL black 8500s effected? What if it was
just a range of serial numbers that were effected, and the ones we had
were good. Like I said, we tested one of the ones we had, and it
worked in analog. Why don't you think before you start posting your
fantasies as fact?
Besides, its obvious that you can't post as your real self, you have to
come in here under a different username (or why else would someone out
of nowhere come in and take up arguments and mention things from months
ago?). Coward.
