mostly not in a nokia. This is because when you receive an OL through SMS, they instantly show "Operator Logo received" and you have options to either Discard(<--) or Save(<--) and not store.
But, the Samsung's handle operator logo's differently. When you get an OL, you don't get a message saying "Operator Logo received" instead you get the standard "New Message Received".
Now it stores this message on the
Sim or the Phone. When you go to open this message, only then does the phone read the code and classify it as an OL, and you are given 3 choices:1) Save(ie replace the current OL) 2) Discard 3)Move to
Sim/Phone.
NOW, here's the difference. If you don't say save, and just escape(sorry for that term couldn't find nything more appropriate than Esc) to the main screen
the message is still stored, and NOT deleted. While in Nokias the message is not stored at all. So this gives us an interesting technique. Store a few OL's and you can keep changing them everytime you want. (I have my name in normal and inverted stored).
CONCLUSION: If it is possible to save the OL to the phone or
sim, then it is very well possible to change multiple logos, as each time you only have to open the required message and press "Save".
Hope Nokia implements that feature.
PS:I think it's toooo long, but that was my explanation.
