Yippee! Will you just leave Sprint PCS now? Pay your ETF and go. Be
gone. You hate them; you can't stand their customer service; you can't
stand their maps; you can't stand their coverage; you can't stand there
*; that covers everything. Just just get out of here.

Well even though they still ranked them last Sprint has better
customer service now than they did last year and the year before. No
question about it. I heard 20/20 (West Coast 10PM on ABC) is going to
be about wireless comparisons tonight so it will be interesting to see
what they come up with. | | | |

Yeah- why should we listen to users. Your survey makes them all liars.
You are the one who needs to get real. | | | |

Hm. If you go to JDPower.com and check out the ratings in each region
of the US, there are always one or two carriers that scored *lower*.
URL posted in the thread "Worst, eh?" (might not have made it to your
news server yet; I just posted it a couple minutes ago).

JD Power surveys customers, and I'm willing to believe that Sprint isn't
the best. However, in some areas Sprint does real well. Check out the
Southwest ratings: http://www.jdpower.com/cc/telecom/jd...d.jsp?s=2&v1=5
That doesn't look like "worst" to me.
I'll be the first to concede that Sprint isn't right for everyone, but
apparently users in Phillipe's backyard like Sprint quite a bit. They
don't do as well in some other parts of the coutnry.

I look at the overall ratings @ http://www.jdpower.com/cc/telecom/jd...s/Find.jsp?s=3 and see
SPCS has three balls, where in Alltel and T-Mobile has 2 balls. So, tell me
again how SPCS ranked worst in JD Powers?

Are those regional rankings? Supposedly T-Mobile ranked first nationwide
this year.

Bob's URL took us to an overall rating. T-Mobile ranked quite a bit higher in
customers satisfaction when contacting Customer Support (611).

Interesting.. but I have had excellent CS from them.. and they always
fix the problem, even if it's not fixed on the first request..
OTOH.. some of their coverage sucks.. but in the most part the're ok..

The regional ratings show Sprint ranking among the lowest in about
half the country.
