OVER AND OUT SIR and being you havent took the time to research anything this is the thread I was responding to.....L@@K DOWN VVVVV
This is my very first post. I hope someone out there can help me.
My son just left for the Army. He is presently in Basic Training. He wanted me to place his Cingular phone on military suspension for the next 4 months. (Cingular did this same service for my older son just last year.) But right now, Cingular refuses to do so because they now only suspend for duty abroad.
I will respect their new policy, but I would like to register a complaint with them for making this new decision. After all, it isn't like our soldiers make soooo much money in basic that they can throw it way on non-use of cellular service. While in basic, a soldier's pay averages out to $.75 per hour.
When I asked customer service for the number or name of the manager of the military suspension department in order to register my disappointment, she said she didn't have any names or numbers I could contact. I only could fax my concerns to a general number.
Does anyone reading this post have any Cingular names or numbers which you might be share with me? I just can't let this go by without speaking up for our soldiers.
Thank you for your efforts,
INTHEARMYNOW
