Need help for unlock NEC 515

I bought NEC 515 from eBay, and now I got problem, because that phone can't be use in Canada.
Please if someone in this forum know how to unlock, can contact me.

I found a program which will unlock the NEC515/525. IF anyone is still in need email me and I will send it to you. I would post the website but I can't remember it.

We got a tip from the forum to contact NEC directly to get the unlock code. We did, they gave it to us, and I was able to use my NEC 515 phone in Europe. My husband was able to get his unlock code from AT&T, but I wasn't. We did have to change the band in the software, as Europe and the US have different GSM bands.

great service but you have to pay.
pretty reasonable prices though.
