If it's a U.S. version then yes. Not to say it won't work on a dif country code, just that I remember reading where someone had an overseas version and it wouldn't recognize their phone.

I've been having the same problem with MPT too. My phone won't connect! But I got it connected once and i got a couple of ringtones, but I had to get off the computer and the next time I got on it wouldn't connect and I got that little symbol with a phone crossed out. Does any one know how to fix this? or does any one know of another program that can be used with a RAZR V3, but i don't have Bluetooth adapter I have to use USB. Help me out plz!

Free General Lee "Horn" ringtone

I found General Lee "Horn" rigntone for free at:

http://www.rockyjay.com/rocky_jay/20...eneral_le.html

If the link is cut, try copy/paste this:
www.rockyjay.com/rocky_jay/2005/08/free_general_le.html

It's a MP3 file, only 12kb and that page has downloading instructions and downloads beautifully to my RAZR and sounds awesome.

It's very short and therefore best for ringtone alert.

Speaking of which, has anyone figured out how to have different text message alert for callers that have been issued a caller ID tune. i can't figure it out and the whole purpose of having custome ringtone is to differ it from, say, a text message.

Did someone move this post here or did you just scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and ask your question. I'm not touching that one.

I just got a BlueTooth adapter today and let me tell you, MPT work better with BT then with a Data Cable! So if your phone is blue tooth capable i'd invest in an adapter. Mine Cost 24.99 + tax but I'm sure there are cheaper ones.

Razor Software

Is there anywhere I can download the software needed to download data from my computer to the phone? I have a USB cord that fits but I think I need to install the software to do anything.
Thanks for any info.
