Thanks!

I can get the qcp/midi file onto my phone in a message, but cannot apply the tone as a ringer. Under "details" it says qcp file. Any way to get rid of that tag or another conversion? I have a Moto 710. Thanks. Paying for things sucks.

Hey, Boss.

You say you have/had a 710 can you make this qcp system work with that phone? I have a 710 and can't. Thanks.

Samsung sch-a670

Ok I have downloaded wav ringtones before and they work fine. I did everything in the above tutorial to try and edit my own mp3. Instead of using the verizon email thingy I'm using a web based uploader to get the file to my phone. However every time I send one of my personal ringtones to my phone it says they are corrupted =( I am using soundforge to edit my mp3's. I've also tried goldwave, and I am using qualcom's conversion software to convert my wavs to qcp's. All my wav ringtones are sampled at 8,000khz and 16 bit file size is only 48k and they are Mono of course, if anyone has any ideas or needs for info please let me know. I apreciate any help you guys could give me.
