I am a bit confused as you mentioned in your earlier post that your computer sees your phone. Check Device Manager and under Ports (COM & LPT). Do you see a line like Prolific usb-to-serial... (COMx)? x can be any number from 3 or higher. If you see that line, use COMx in Mobile Agent and it should see your phone. |
