Can I send texts to a mobile via a PC?

Good day.. Can anyone tell me of a website (or other facility) that
enables people to send texts to mobile phones from a PC?

Thank you for the replies. Having looked at one or two of these
facilities, I'm now concerned that they might be a method for spammers
to obtain the numbers I send to.. Any comments on that?

If you use a "reputable" service who charge you for the priveledge
then they shouldn't be selling the numbers on... I've been using
http://www.textmagic.co.uk/ for over a year now without problems. You
hav to pay per message, (buy credits in advance) but I'm prepared to do
that for a good service.

They have both a PC application (Which I've not used) and an email to
SMS service (which is what I use) They even allow reverse TXTs which
are emailled back to you.

Yep - a bluetooth program
I use my logitech hub and associated program which sends it from
PC>phone via bluetooth and then SMS

reliable. I think you can also send for free but maybe then it's not so
reliable

mentioning sending texts from a PC keyboard.
