v3 Keeps Turning Off!

Hi

My trendy new black v3 powers down every now and again!

I have spoken to T-Mobile UK and was told to take out the battery
whilst the phone was turned on and put it back in, thought it was
sorted but it turned off again today!

Any ideas?

No ideas, but I'm having the same problem with my silver RAZR.

Could it be possible that the battery has loose connections causing the
power off?

Yes, I'd try cleaniny the battery contacts with a pencil eraser and GENTLY
wipe the battery contacts on the phone.
