Does Alltel accept third-party ringers?

Okay, me, I'm good. I'm with Sprint, and thanks to www.freeringers.net and a one-time charge of about $8.00, I have unlimited downloads of all types of ringers (music and polyphonic), pictures, and such. Basically, freeringers.net is a relay for midi files and such, but it has definitely kept me happy.

However, I have an associate, with Alltel wanting to customize her mobile phone like I have mine with all these free ringers. Except, every where I read, she has to pay for individual ringers, or join some site with silly charges.
I'm at a loss here.
And, of course, if her provider were covered by freeringers.net it wouldn't be a prob, but Alltel isn't covered by them. I know! I know! Shocking news!

Please point me in some direction.

if you have a MMS plan you can send ringtones to yourself or buy a data cable or use bluetooth. I could help more if you could tell me the phone that she is looking at.

First, thanks for the assistance.

And, secondly, the mobile phone she's using is an Audiovox 8910 (which is alot like my own, with just slight differences).

The Person Will Have To Use A Data Cable.Also use a program called datapilot.If they want realtones they will have to use another program
called purevoice to convert a wave file to .qpc file extension and then
rename it to .mid.
