How do you guys feel about a alltel?

I have sprint and i want to get rid of them! I wanna know how you guys feel about alltel because sprints customer service sux!

Hmm, I like Alltel a lot. Coverage wise, they're right up there with Verizon, if not better.

Phone wise, they don't have the latest greatest phones usually, for that you have to go to Verizon, but then again they don't lock their phones up like Verizon does.

I've typically had pretty good luck with Alltel's customer service, you can call the number and be talking to an American technician in about 30 seconds typically...Their stores are also pretty numerous so you can actually visit a location with relative ease...

Overall I've just had good luck with them.

I have been with them since Oct of last year. I love Alltel! Friendly customer service & easy to work with. I have 3 lines going. My daughter got the Alltel motorola e815 (yeah, it's old but a good phone) for Christmas and got it activated over the phone within minutes

The "My Circle" Alltel has is sweet too! If I can ever keep 10 people in it lol!

I recently switched to Alltel after 5 years+ with Cincular/AT&T. I live in a rural area & Alltel is tops in the fringe areas/rural areas. I have better service/coverage than I had with AT&T. So far, so good.

The agents I dealt with at Alltel don't seem as experienced or as savvy as those at AT&T but I was also in a larger city & more agents to choose from.

Several of my friends & family have Alltel & nothing but good to say.

I switched to Sprint a few years ago because I was able to eventually track down a business salesman, and Alltel phones are pure garbage. Now, Sprint got rid of any business salesmen and abandoned plans for business oriented services.

Now looking at Alltel again, although the phones are as horrible as ever and oriented towards soccer moms.(testing some now) They have 5 salesman in the city, far cheaper business plans(Sprint has NO business plans!) and over all far superior service.

When it comes to Sprint vs Alltel.......Sorry to say but Sprint is the one with the soccer mom phones! While Alltel doesn't have the top selection of phones....They left Sprint in the dust. Sprint has good coverage but I let them go because there plans and phones just SUCK.

I love Alltel, I was with a hometown service and switched to Alltel, its great, I get service just about everywhere.

between Sprint vs Alltel I'd go with alltel, they were always nice in the store. My only issue is no one could ever stop dropping my calls or fix the phone when it broke.

I personally dont have a alltel phone but the people I know that have them swear by them. They low the coverage, because they are in the middle of no where and still have high signal.
