Working on my boss' grandson's phone. He has a motorola W315 phone, and whenever we attempt to call him the voicemail says that it is full and he cannot receive messages at this time. However, when I use his phone and go into the voicemail, there is no option to empty or delete any messages in the inbox. Any ideas? Also, it has a message that is like a year old regarding changing of the way voicemail is checked. how can i get rid of that? | ||||||
