they had no idea what mi questions might be. i said i wanted to speak
with a customer service representative and, if none were available,
the manager.

that is probably true for sprint. what was once many sprint company
stores some years ago are now sleazy nextell/sprint stores selling
all sorts of other things. they appear to be giving up the ghost here
in the northeast.
