Only time will tell. I personally think Motorola would do better to
make a strategic alliance with a strong Asian partner, as Ericsson did
with Sony.

My V3xx also has great RF, and software I'd call decent, except for
crashing too often. That has as much to do with AT&T than with
Motorola, since AT&T won't let Motorola update firmware in AT&T/Cingular
branded handsets.
