it should be noted that the 2 hours of free Wi-Fi is for all devices,
not just the iPhone.

I wonder how they enforce the two hours.

They pee in your refills if you continue without paying.

No problem. Atlanta and Panera Bread Delis both have FREE wifi anyone
can connect to without any begging. Atlanta's just connects, as all
hotspots should, but Panera's you have to logon through a webspam page.
Neither of them dump you at 2 hours. Both have better coffee, but not
as many different ones as Starbucky....at double the price.

Y'all stop by Pizza Roma, Dorchester Rd at Montague Ave in N Charleston,
SC. I've got the linksys high up with lots of signal even in the
parking lot, wide open. Just look for Pizza Roma on your wifi search
list. No password or webspam, just logon. 8Mbps of bandwidth provided
by Knology Cable and Pizza Roma. Nice tables for your laptop, stay as
long as you like. PROMOTE EVERY BUSINESS THAT GIVES YOU FREE WIFI!

Up by the Charleston AFB gate, look for my free hotspot W4CSC, located
50' up in an inverted plastic bucket in my oak tree. The troops at the
Air Force enlisted barracks are hitting it quite well with Pringle's Can
beam antennas over a mile away! Doing my little bit for the troops....
(c; Help yourself. It's on Knology, too, with Usenetserver access
direct from the Knology system to your favorite newsgroups. Plenty of
bandwidth for all on Knology Premium internet....

If everyone did this, all this squabbling over wifi and sellphones would
be moot! How silly it is to secure your bandwidth over such a short
range.

"I'll show you mine so you show me yours."...(c;

An interesting aspect of your open wifi may happen in court, too. "We
traced xxxxx back to his IP.", the RIAA's attorney tells the jury,
showing them the printout. "Mr XXXXX. Isn't it a fact that the
defendant has an OPEN WIFI HOTSPOT that ANYONE can connect to within a
mile of his home?"

"Yes, but...but...well....".

"Thank you, Mr XXXXX. That will be all.", your attorney finishes, then
reminds the jury it could have been ANYONE with a wifi laptop.

It IS an interesting point......(c;
