That's the ATT Network Center. It has nothing to do with SELLphone
networks, a tiny company called ATT Wireless that ATT, Inc. bought back
from Cingular for peanuts. ATT Network Center controls a major portion of
the data network you're reading this message from. It passes more data in
a microsecond than all the data ever transmitted by ATT/Cingular Wireless
since the first tower was erected, not long ago.
Your perception of the tiny, and separate, sellphone carrier with the
company's moniker on it is very warped, like looking through a huge
magnifying glass. To compare the two companies, ATT is the sun, ATT
Wireless is the Earth:
